Officine Générale offers a seamless return process for all unworn and unwashed items within 15 days of delivery. We ensure that every return is handled with the same attention to detail as our garment construction.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated courier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
